01  /  What We Do

Three ways we make metal last.

From full restorations to a single bracket, everything gets the same prep, the same cure, and the same attention to detail.

S-01

Powder Coating

A tougher, thicker, longer-lasting finish than paint — chip-, rust-, and UV-resistant. Blasted, coated, and oven-cured for a factory-grade result in almost any color or texture.

  • Auto & moto parts
  • Bike frames
  • Hitches
  • Patio & outdoor
S-02

Cerakote

A ceramic-based coating engineered for extreme wear, corrosion, and heat resistance. The go-to finish for high-temp parts such as exhaust, headers, and engine components — and anything that has to take a beating and still look sharp.

  • Exhaust
  • Headers
  • Engine parts
  • Manifolds

Cooler Carts

Custom-built, powder-coated cooler carts — rolling, rugged, and finished to match your setup. Built to survive the tailgate, the dock, and the driveway for years.

Same part, before and after. This is what blasting, coating, and a 400°F cure actually do — drag the handle across.

05  /  How It Works

The finish is only as good as the prep.

Four steps, no shortcuts. It's why the coating bonds tight and the color stays true.

STEP 01

Blast & Prep

Old paint, rust, and grime come off down to bare, clean metal by sandblasting — the foundation every lasting finish needs.

STEP 02

Mask & Coat

Threads and bearings get plugged and masked, then powder is applied with an even, electrostatic bond — no runs, no thin spots.

STEP 03

Oven Cure

Parts bake at ~400°F so the coating flows out and hardens into one continuous, chip-resistant shell.

STEP 04

Inspect & Deliver

Every piece is checked for coverage and finish quality, then it's ready for pickup — often faster than shops quoting weeks out.

06  /  Why Customers Come Back

The stuff the reviews keep mentioning.

Genuinely fast turnaround

Customers who were quoted "weeks" elsewhere routinely get parts back in days to a few weeks. Plan ahead, but expect to be surprised.

Clear communication

You'll know the plan, the price, and the timeline up front. No mystery quotes, no chasing for updates.

Real attention to detail

Braze-ons plugged, threads protected, decals laid up under clear coat. The finish looks right because the prep was done right.

Fair, honest pricing

Restore a $600 hitch for a fraction of replacement. Repeat customers say it's the best work at the best price they've found.

Handles anything metal

Wheels, motorcycle frames, bicycle frames, emblems, bumpers, bead rings, gooseneck hitches — one shop, one standard.

Owner-run accountability

Chris handles the work himself. Your parts aren't passed down a line — they're finished by the person who quoted them.

Chris absolutely nailed it with my bike frames! Unlike other powdercoaters I've used in the past, he plugged all the braze-ons and threading which means it isn't necessary to chase any threads prior to assembly. Fair pricing and quick turnaround. Looking forward to sending him more work in the future.

I've had probably 13 sets of wheels powder coated in the last 10 years in three different states. Chris has easily produced the best work, at the best price, with the quickest turnaround time. I can't recommend him enough.

Chris did an excellent job saving my gooseneck hitch from a rusty demise. These hitches are expensive at around $600. He restored it like new with sandblasting and a black textured matte powder coated finish for a very fair price. Be sure to plan ahead to allow time for the work to get done.

I had a handful of motorcycle parts powder coated glossy black and everything was flawless. The black was a perfect match to the Harley black frame. I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. Turnaround was less than a week.

Chris restored a 1980 bicycle frame and fork for me and laid up the decals beautifully under the clear coat. Just look at the before and after pix. Turn around time from drop off to pickup was less than 3 weeks. Highly recommend.

Chris was fantastic to work with and very communicative. I only needed a few small items powder coated but they were done so quickly! Other places quoted me weeks. I'm so happy how my things turned out!
